You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving your order
Our easy return or exchange policy requires two simple steps:-
1. Return the relevant products to the nearest “Glitter women Accessories” store in the same condition in which they were supplied and in their original packaging.
2. Bring its own original invoice.
- To exchange an item within a 14-day period, please call Customer Service at 01125483825 and inform them of the items you need to replace.
Please share all required details with a customer service representative.
- The returned product must be in its original condition and must not remove its brand and price keep the box if the shoes are returned, and the invoice and receipt must also be kept, otherwise, we will not be able to complete the return/exchange process.
- The product to be exchanged/returned must be in its original unused condition and in its original packaging, and any product that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted.
- Products that are damaged during the shipping process can be returned.
- Products that are incorrect/different from what you ordered can be returned (according to the description provided on the website)
- In the event of receiving any product with material damage, incorrect or different from what was requested, please inform us within two days starting from the day of receipt (including official holidays) through: firstname.lastname@example.org
