Welcome to Glitter! Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Exchange and Return Policy Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date. Items must remain in their original condition and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Shipment Payment Policy Opening a shipment prior to paying the required amount is strictly prohibited.

3. Premium Products Policy Premium products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

4. Non-Receipt of Orders If two consecutive orders are not received by the customer, future orders will only be processed with payment made via credit card or e-wallet.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

6. Shipping Invoice Requirement A valid shipping invoice is required to process any return or exchange.

7. Branch Exchanges and Returns Exchanges and returns can be conveniently handled through Glitter branches.
