Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.


  1. Exchange and Return Policy:
    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the invoice date. Items must remain in their original condition and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

  2. Shipment Payment Policy:
    Opening the shipment before paying the required amount is strictly prohibited.

  3. Perfume Product Policy:
    Perfume products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

  4. Order Non-Receipt:
    If a customer fails to receive two consecutive orders, all future orders will only be processed via credit card or electronic wallet payments.

  5. Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges:
    Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

  6. Shipping Invoice Requirement:
    A valid shipping invoice is required to process any return or exchange.

  7. In-Store Returns and Exchanges:
    Returns and exchanges can be conveniently handled at Glitter branches.

  8. Discounted Products:
    Discounted products are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged.

  9. Packaging Condition for Returns/Exchanges:
    For any return or exchange, the product’s original box must be included, and the item should be handed over to the representative in good condition. Failure to comply will result in the rejection of the request.


Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges - Forsah Users

  1. No In-Store Returns or Exchanges
    Purchases made through the Forsah website or app cannot be returned or exchanged directly at physical branches. All return or exchange requests must be handled exclusively through our official communication channels on social media.

  2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
    To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us exclusively through our official social media pages and provide proof of purchase.

  3. Shipping Fee Deductions
    For returns or exchanges not related to product defects (e.g., a change of mind or incorrect size), the customer is responsible for shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  4. Defective or Damaged Products
    If the product has a manufacturing defect or visible damage not caused by misuse, we will cover all shipping costs, and the item can be returned or exchanged without any fees.

  5. Return and Exchange Request Period
    Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

  6. Installment Payments
    Please note that we only support installment payments through the Forsah app. Any transactions made through other installment platforms are solely the responsibility of the customer.
